Trudy Gallagher is deeply immersed in the realm of arts and crafts. With 38 years of experience as a jeweler, an extensive background as an instructor in metal arts at NBCCD, stints in marketing and recruitment, and her current textile practice and studio, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
Throughout her career, Trudy has garnered numerous awards, including several Atlantic Craft Awards of Excellence and business accolades. She currently serves as the President of Crafts NB and possesses an unwavering passion for art and craft as a way of life.
While Trudy isn't of Mexican descent herself, her family has resided in Mexico for two decades. This Mexican backdrop has significantly influenced Trudy, leaving a profound impact on her personal artistic journey and shaping her approach to the arts.
